Health is a public service sector that has become the world's attention. As defined by the United Nations in the Purpose of Sustainable Development (SDGs). Service is an important issue in the health sector. The development of Information Technology makes the WHO issued a statement requiring member states to apply the development of health information technology or otherwise known as e-health that is appropriate for each country. E-health's main goal is to improve health services for the community. In fact, the implementation of e-health system is not easy, can be known from the slow development of e-health, especially in developing countries. Many factors influencing Hospital Management in decision-making adopt e-health, both supporting and inhibiting factors. Therefore, this paper intends to find the factors that influence the Hospital to adopt e-health. We did a search on seven scientific databases and there were 184 papers found as an initial screening. Next, we filed 69 papers relevant to the purpose of our paper. We found 20 factors that influence e-health adoption in hospitals. These factors are grouped into 4 aspects: Human, Technology, Organization, and Environment. This is the principle of Innovation Diffusion, HOT suitability model, and TOE framework.
