HR Portal Android Application

This Hr portal android application is an open source software which can be used by the employees of an industry/company. Our main target is to create an android application which will be installed in all the employees mobile. Which helps them in checking all the important details about them and company activities. This hr portal android application have different modules which makes the employees work easier. They are 1) Holiday 2) Employee details 3) Attendance 4) Leave request 5) My leave. Here, in the HOLIDAY module, one can check the complete holiday list which is listed by their company management for the whole year. In the EMPLOYEE module, we can get list of employees with their contact details. ATTENDANCE module is mainly to check the number of working days an employee attended in academic year. In LEAVE REQUEST, all the employees who wishes to take leave can apply their leave through this module. And finally, in MYLEAVE module, we can check the leave history which we took before. The login process will be taken directly by checking the MAC address of each employee mobile. This process supports and maintains all the information of employees and makes the HR work easier. This application develops a system to enable interaction between employers and applicants.
