The investigation encompasses the cognitive foundations of visual information processing, the emergence of first-generation Business Intelligence tools, and the current landscape of modern visualization platforms. Particular attention is given to the integration of artificial intelligence in data visualization, including automated generation, pattern recognition, and predictive analytics capabilities. The article presents both quantitative and qualitative assessments of these tools' impact on organizational decision-making, highlighting significant improvements in decision speed, accuracy, and user engagement. The article reveal substantial benefits in terms of ROI, decision-making efficiency, and organizational adoption patterns. The article concludes by examining emerging trends, including the potential of extended reality technologies and edge computing, while acknowledging current limitations and providing recommendations for future research directions in this rapidly evolving field.
