The digital transformation of business processes through workflow automation represents a significant paradigm shift in operational efficiency, particularly within the telecommunications industry. This article examines the implementation and impact of digital workflow automation systems, focusing on their role in streamlining complex business processes through API integration and advanced software solutions. The article systematically analyzes telecommunications service providers and investigate how automated workflows enhance cross-functional operations, specifically in network provisioning, customer service, and billing systems. The article demonstrates that orchestrated workflow automation significantly improves service delivery timelines, reduces operational errors, and enhances the scalability of business operations. The findings reveal that successful implementation of digital workflow automation depends on effective systems integration, stakeholder coordination, and adaptive process management frameworks. This article contributes to the growing body of literature on digital transformation and provides practical insights for organizations seeking to optimize their business processes through automation. The results suggest that companies implementing comprehensive workflow automation solutions substantially improve operational efficiency while positioning themselves for future technological adaptability.
